created new ZPGPF web portal for the employees, who are working in the
Telangana State. This web portal is useful to all employees for checking their
ZPGPF Annual Slips. In this page provided user guide for TS employees.
How to
download the TS ZPGPF Annual Slips?
Step 1: First visit our telangana ZPGPF official Website by entering zpgpf.telangana.nic.in
(http://zpgpf.telangana.nic.in/).
Step 2:. All employees are requested that please contact to concerned your ZPGPF officials.

you forgot your default password, Need not worry. So, Default password is: emp123456 (123456= your ZPGPF Accout
No.). If you forgot reset password, you must consult your district ZPGPF Officials.
Step 3:Then Official
website will be opened.
Step 4:
Select your district through given drop down list.
Step 5:
Enter your ZPGPF Account No.
Step 6:
Enter the default password (Ex: emp12345 [12345 = GPF Account No],
After login your account, If you would like to change your Password, you can
reset your password.)
Step 7:
Enter the visible text.
Step 8:
Then click to submit button.
Step 9:
After will be appear your ZP GPF account page.
Step 10. If
you want 2012-13 ledger card, you will click that ledger, then will be appear
your ledger report.

Information of Class IV Employers in TG State
AG GPF Annual Accounts Statement
After the close of each financial year, the Principal Accountant General sends to each subscriber an Annual Accounts Statement showing the opening balance as on the 1st April of the year, the total amount deposited and withdrawn during the year, amount of interest credited as on 31st March of the year and the closing balance on that date. Subscribers have to satisfy themselves as to the correctness of the Account Statements and errors should be brought to the notice of the Principal Accountant General within three months of receipt of the same.

Missing Credits
Grievance Redressal Cell
To facilitate enquiries regarding GPF in the Office premises, a Grievance redressal cell is constituted. The GRC representative assists the visitor in the following areas:1.Providing information regarding balances, missing credits/ debits in respect of GPF Account of the visitor
2.Status of FW application
3.Posting of missing credits on furnishing certified particulars of remittance
4.Any correction to be incorporated in the database like name , DOB, DOJ etc., provided such information is supported by valid documents
5.Any other related matter

Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPF)
The GPF records
of Class IV employers matained by TG Treasury. After submitting bill by DDO to
concerned treasury office, Treasury officers (STO/DTO) passed the bill and the
data related Class IV employers computerized by STO/DTO as schedules enclosed
to the pay-bills.
Select District
Name first and then Select Employee ID and enter your
employee ID/ Select GPF account
and enter CLASS IV GPF account number

Missing Credits
- Missing credits arise due to misclassification in the treasuries or incorrect details in GPF schedules.At times, schedules/vouchers are not received from the Treasuries for various reasons and as a result some of the subscriptions/refunds/arrears/withdrawals do not get posted in the account. The month of Missing credit refers to the month in which the credit appears in the account. E.g. June 2010 (Deduction made from the pay for May 2010) These missing credits/debits can be located and included in the subscriber’s account after proper verification of the accounts rendered to PAG by the Drawing and Disbursing Officers/Treasuries subject to furnishing the following details duly certified by the Drawing and Disbursing Officers and the Treasury Officers.
- Name of the Subscriber
- GPF Account number
- Name of the DDO under whom the official had served
- Amount of subscription/refund/withdrawal
- Salary month for which details are being furnished
- Head of Account (up to Detailed Head) under which salary was drawn
- Treasury/Sub Treasury where the salary was drawn
- Treasury voucher number / challan number
- Totals of the schedule amount enclosed in the particular voucher as noted on the abstract in case of credit
- Date of payment of the voucher/remittance of the amount in the case of challan remittance
- Total amount of the GPF payment vouchers in respect of debits
- Sanction received without corresponding debit
- Refund received without corresponding debit
- Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)

New SMS Facility
Plans are afoot to send Short Message Service (SMS)
to subscribers whose mobile numbers are registered with PAG. Particulars of
subscription, withdrawals, on monthly basis would be intimated as also receipt
and finalization of final withdrawal applications. GPF subscribers are
requested to furnish their mobile numbers through the screen provided in the

The Constitution of India under "Directive
Principles of State Policy" provides that the State shall within the
limits of its economic capacity make effective provision for securing the right
to work, to education and to public assistance in cases of unemployment,
old-age, sickness & disablement and undeserved want. The EPF & MP Act,
1952 was enacted by Parliament and came into force with effect from 4th
March,1952. A series of legislative interventions were made in this direction,
including the Employees" Provident Funds & Miscellaneous Provisions
Act, 1952.
