In terms of the orders issued in the reference 1st read above, the following female employee(s) working under the administrative control of this office has/have applied for Child Care Leave.
After careful examination of her applications and leave at credit, she is hereby sanctioned Child care leaves for the purpose of to take care of childrens to the following incumbent as shown in the Annexure with admissible the child care leaves for two eldest two surviving childrens up to reach of 18 years of age (or) in case of disability to reach of 22 years of age with restrict to avail not exceeding 15 days of child care leave on any spell.
As per the contained in the reference and sub cited above, the undersigned is pleased to sanction. The incumbent has been availed leaves as follows
