PRESENT:
Subject: - Preservation of Earned Leaves proportionately for preventing the staff from Summer Vacation for SSC Advanced Supplementary Examination (ASE) Duties - Orders - Issued.
References:
1) F.R. 82 and AP Leave Rules 1933.
2) Relieving / Attendance certificates issued by the Chief Superintendent of SSC Exams.
3) Representations of the individuals.
ORDERS:
In pursuance of the orders issued in the references read above, the following staff members working under the administrative control of this office have attended the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examination (ASE) duties during the summer vacation.
Hence, as per the rules in force, the period of their duty during the summer vacation is hereby treated as "Prevention of Vacation". They are eligible for the preservation of Earned Leaves (ELs) proportionately for the number of days they were prevented from availing the summer vacation as detailed in the Annexure appended below. Necessary entries shall be recorded in their respective original Service Registers.
